He gave us the gift of Faith
Romans 12: 3 For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. (NKJV) Also see – – Luke 19: 12 – 27 and Matthew 25: 14 – 30
Romans 10: 17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (NKJV)
He gave us the gifts of Healing.
1st Peter 2: 24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. (NKJV)
He gave us seed to sow, bread for our food and He multiplies the seed that we sow and increases the fruits of our righteousness.
2nd Corinthians 9: 8 – 11 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. (9) As it is written: “HE HAS DISPERSED ABROAD, HE HAS GIVEN TO THE POOR; HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ENDURES FOREVER.” (10) Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, (11) while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God. (NKJV)
What can we give God?
What is of high value to God Who Is The Creator of all that exists both in time and eternity. What do I have that would be of value to God?
What we give to God must be from the heart. God desires our heart. A gift of our self. The heart gift.
The Gift that we give God should have a value to God, come from the heart, and cost us something.
The greatest gift that we can give to God is to set our Love upon Him.
The greatest gift that a person can ever give to God or to another person is their Love.
A real gift comes from the heart not the purse or wallet and has nothing to do with financial value to the giver or the receiver. The Love in which it is given from the heart becomes its real value.
A gift given from the heart but not received in the manner and purpose given loses its value to both the receiver and the giver.
A true Christian should be living the true heart of Christmas 24/7, 365 and 1/4 or continuously.
